Production Process

1. *Select the desired product, specify the quantity, and send the design/logo via Line @bondiwork to prepare a quotation.

2. Bondi designs and arranges the layout/logo and sends it to the customer for confirmation before producing the sample product.

3. The customer makes the sample payment and waits to receive the sample for inspection.

4. The customer confirms production and pays a 50% deposit.

Production takes 7–30 days depending on the product and order quantity.

6. Bondi delivers the products to the customer.

1. Is there a fee for consultation and logo layout?

Consultation and logo layout are free of charge.

2. Is there a cost for product samples?

There is a cost for producing samples. Customers will receive a discount afterward if they proceed with production with Bondi.

3. How long is the production time?

If the product is in stock, it takes approximately 7–10 days. However, production time depends on the type and quantity of the products ordered.

4. What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required before starting production.

5. Is there QC before delivery?

There is a quality check before delivering every batch.

6. Is there a product warranty?

A 7-day warranty is provided after delivery

7. Can damaged products be exchanged or refunded?

If the product is damaged from production, it can be exchanged or refunded for the defective quantity within 7 days after delivery.
